They intend to de-stress the platform by emphasizing connections, community, and a good atmosphere. This, in my opinion, is a positive thing. Let’s consider this for a moment. Seven countries have already rolled out the new system (Australia, Brazil, Canada, Ireland, Italy, Japan, and New Zealand). Only a small number of Americans have already seen the difference. Instead of seeing the amount of people who loved your post, you’ll see a couple of people that enjoyed your photo. It will say something like @Linda and others like it. Others will not be able to see who liked your postings, but you will be able to see who liked them.
